修复
- 修复所有 AI 提供商（豆包、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini、Ollama 等）的 API 地址双重拼接问题：用户填写完整 URL 时不再导致 404。
- 模型列表下拉菜单中"手动输入"选项移至顶部。
- 修复浏览器/应用已打开时启动软件导致 URL 丢失和分类显示"未知"的问题：首次轮询现在会主动探测浏览器 URL。
macOS 安装说明
首次打开可能提示「已损坏，无法打开」，请执行：
sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine '/Applications/Work Review.app'
